EUROPEAN SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE  Summer Program June 17 - July 8, 2005

This course provides a practical overview of European agriculture from production through food processing and distribution.  In addition, agriculture, trade and social policy, environmental protection, sustainability and cooperation with the European Union are considered.
